Is the furniture in stock? The furniture featured in our Virtual Store Website is in our stocking program. We make every effort to have these items in stock and available. If the item is not in stock, it is normally on order and in transit from Italy. Upon receipt of your order if an item is not in stock we will advise you on availability. Are the Modern Classics original designs? Our Modern Classics are faithfully made to the original design specifications. They are produced in Italy by the leading manufacturers using the highest quality materials. Can I custom order a product in a different version other than shown on the website? To better serve you, we have made it our goal to offer in stock products. As a result, we are not taking custom order via the website at this time. Can I order items from the Retail Showroom site that do not have pricing? Any item on the Retail Showroom site that is not shown on the E-commerce site is only available for purchase in person in our Emeryville Showroom at 1290 Powell Street. These items can not be ordered on- line or by telephone as in many cases they require customizing which is not practical for our virtual store. Can I get fabric samples? Fabric samples are available upon request. there is a $5 charge per sample which can be credited towards your order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for us to process your fabric sample request. Do you have a catalog you can send me? As we have approximately 500 items on our in-stock E-commerce website and we are continuing to add to this collection, it is best to serve our clients with up-dated information on our E-commerce site rather than a printed catalog. Please use our e-commerce site as our product catalog. Can I get tear sheets, product specifications or larger pictures on specific products? We have provided all the available product information on the detailed product page with larger pictures to assist our customers in making their buying decisions. Please use these pages as we do not offer any additional product documentation. |
