Air Shelving System

The Air shelving system is an interplay between opposites: heavy and light, static and dynamic. The substantial thickness of the shelves contrasts with the lightness of the Starphire® glass interlocking supports which give the composition a floating appearance. With its unique blue edge and stunning clarity, Starphire® glass is an ultra-clear, low iron glass known for its pure visible light transmission and substantial strength. A high-tech honeycomb interior makes the shelves exceptionally strong and lightweight.

This intelligently engineered system can be rearranged on a whim - the reversibility of the three central shelves allows for an easy transformation from a straight to an asymmetrical composition. Numerous arrangements of the colors and positions of the cantilever ends are possible. If needed, remove one shelf for a shorter, four shelf version. Free Space is finished on all sides and can be placed in the center of a room, dividing spaces while maintaining openness. This ingenious and simply beautiful system is so versatile it may be used in the living room, media room, bedroom or office.

Available in all matte ivory lacquer or multicolor gold, blue orange, deep red and grass green lacquer as pictured. Simple assembly required.
