The Back App 2 is an ergonomically designed stool designed to stabilize the muscles of your back while you are sitting. Tests shows that when sitting on the Back App 2 your muscles work less than half as much as when sitting in a regular office chair. How to use Back App 2
Back App 2 is the only chair you need! When you are not sitting on Back App 2 - you should stand!
On Back App 2, you tend to sit in a higher position. This creates an open hip angle (125 degrees). Your desk should be adjusted to this new position so that the angle at your elbow is 90 degrees.
The upright sitting position makes it easy to change from sitting to standing and vice versa. Your lower back regains the same natural position as when standing. The unique intermittent movements exercise your back when you sit - balance training.

How to correctly use Back App 2
Sit on the seat.
Put your feet on the foot ring and adjust the seat height (your thighs point down so you have an open hip angle)
Find your balance by sitting right back into the support of the seat
Move a little in all directions until you feel comfortable and safe
Start with the little red ball in the green zone and adjust towards red as you are ready for more balance training
Adjust your table height to accommodate your new sitting position
